I logged in on easypay.lightcast.com/login but I can’t watch the content. Why is that?

Where are my login credentials for my subscription?
Please note that you will receive your login credentials during registration for the subscription. It is recommended that you write down your credentials so that you don’t depend on the confirmation email.
Please keep in mind that the email with your Username and Password is only to confirm that the first step was completed. Your purchase, however, will not be completed until you have entered a valid payment method. You will receive access to the content after the payment has successfully processed.
Why did I not receive an email with my login credentials?
Please note that you will not receive an email with your login credentials if you entered the email address incorrectly. Even the smallest typo will send your confirmation email somewhere else.
If you have checked all of your email accounts and their spam folders but still do not see a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please contact customercare@lightcast.com. Your registration for the subscription may need to be purged so that you can register again with a valid email address.
I received the message that I already have an account, but I don’t.
How can I cancel my Membership?
2) Once logged in, please click on ‘Invoices‘.
3) On the ‘Invoices‘ page you will find all your Memberships/Subscriptions on the very top of the page. Click on ‘Cancel’ next to your Membership and confirm the cancellation.
I received Username and Password. Why can’t I watch the content?

What happens to my subscription if my payment fails?
If your payment remains overdue for more than 4 days, your subscription will be set to inactive and will automatically become active again once a payment has been made.
Why does it say »Transaction failed« when I try to register for a Lightcast EasyPay product?
Please make sure to enter a valid (and sufficiently funded) credit card or debit card and a valid email address. Please note that, due to regulations for recurring payments, only credit cards or debit cards are accepted.
Prepaid credit cards and prepaid debit cards are not accepted as form of payment.
How do subscription charges appear on my credit card statement?

Please do not call or email Lightcast.com regarding your subscription, as Lightcast can not answer on any questions related to your subscription. Lightcast is the streaming service provider. Only the owner of the content and provider of your subscription is authorized to speak on his own behalf.
Lightcast EasyPay is a service of Lightcast.com – the streaming service provider for the content you subscribed to, allowing you to manage your subscription and update payment preferences by logging in at easypay.lightcast.com/login .
What is Lightcast EasyPay?
You should have received an email from Lightcast.com with your login credentials upon registering. Please make sure to check the correct email account and your spam folder as well, just in case.
Access to the content is not provided in your Lightcast EasyPay subscriber account but only on the publishers apps provided on different platforms. The publisher is the company and brand whose content you are trying to watch.
How can I update my credit card information?
2) Once logged in, please click on ‘Invoices’. On the “Invoices” page you will find a payment preferences box on the very right side with your credit card information and a button to update it.
Why am I getting the message "No Event Scheduled" in the player?
This does not mean that the live stream for their event won’t start in case they didn’t add a start time to their live event. The live stream will still be sent even if the publisher didn’t add a start time for the upcoming live event.
