David Heavener, the ‘Last Evangelist,’ developed his unique spiritual platform as an alternative to Christian sensationalism. His underground TV church broadcasts are focused on delivering bold truths about God – without preaching.
“These days, Christianity has become what I call ‘Six Flags Over Jesus’ churches,” Heavener says. “God’s truth is being twisted to fit culture. When religion becomes a business, money comes first, and Truth comes second.”
“I speak about topics churches won’t talk about. My model is based on the Circuit Rider who traveled to speak the word of God in America’s earliest days.”
“About 8 years ago, God told me what needed to be done to help those who are being abused,” he said. “Then, a few years ago, I had another epiphany when Judge Brett Kavanaugh was going through his confirmation proceedings for Supreme Court and witches were casting spells against him.”
“For the first time I went live on YouTube to talk about how to defend yourself against demons. I was surprised to see almost 800 people on the broadcast. That was the beginning of the upcoming Last Evangelist TV series. Today we have 83,000 subscribers on YouTube; some releases have views in the millions.”
“In my interviews, our path takes us beyond the system of sensationalism often found in modern-day religion.”
“People want to be a part of something, and my audience is like a family,” he said. “We call ourselves the Gatherers. We seek Truth and connect together.”
Heavener describes his network as a hybrid of YouTube and traditional television. His shows feature raw, cutting-edge themes that appeal to an audience often overlooked by both religious and mainstream media. In Last Evangelist, Heavener plays the role of a cop in the Last Days who protects people who have been abused by the church. He helps them battle demons and other dark forces such as witches and the Illuminati.
David Heavener Investigates looks into the current paranormal phenomena.. Are these “miracles” from God? The series syndicates on Apple, Roku, Amazon Fire, Android TV and other networks. Request your local station air it.
“My audience connects with me because I am the person who will always bring them the truth no matter the consequence,” he says. “Jesus healed the sick and drove out demons – but many churches don’t want to deal with that.”
“I come in with a leather jacket to fight the demons and tell the truth.”
